Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
5 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
1 c. water
1 baked pie crust
1 qt. sliced peeled peaches
Preparation

Cook sugar, cornstarch, Jell-O and water until thickened and clear.
Cool completely.
Pour over the sliced peaches.
Stir until well mixed gently.
Pour into pie crust and chill until set.
