Pineapple Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. raw, peeled and chopped zucchini
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil until fluffy.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add to mixture with zucchini.
Mix well; stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts.
Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan or 3 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or a little less with small pans.
