Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar plus 3 Tbsp.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat ingredients together.
Scald 2 cups of milk and to egg mixture.
Pour into deep dish pie shell.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
