Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. pineapple (crushed and undrained)
    1 1/2 c. bananas
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    With large spoon, mix dry ingredients.
    Mix eggs and oil; stir into dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas and nuts. Bake in 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes a 3-layer cake. Bake and cool.
    Frost with cream cheese icing.
