No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. rice
    3/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 frying chicken
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Melt butter in a deep dish.
    Add uncooked rice, cover with milk.
    Mix soups together and add.
    Place cut up chicken on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup.
    Cover and cook for 2 hours at 325\u00b0. Do not peek during cooking time.
