Graham Cracker Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. whipped topping
    12 graham crackers, crushed
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Put gelatin in cold water and let stand while egg yolks, sugar, milk and salt are being cooked to a custard.
    Remove from heat, add gelatin, stirring until dissolved and set aside to cool. Add vanilla and beaten egg whites to cooled custard.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Crumble graham crackers.
    Mix with brown sugar and butter.
