Santa Fe Stew(Servings: 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
2 onions, chopped
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans tomatoes, diced
2 cans pinto beans
1 (15 oz.) can V-8 juice
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 can black-eyed peas
1 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed
Preparation

Brown meat with onions and drain off fat when cooked.
Add seasoning mixes and stir.
Add rest of ingredients (do not drain cans).
Simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Serve with crackers, corn bread or tortilla chips.
