Hot Dill Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. dried dill seed
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 or 5 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat.
Stir in flour, dried dill seed, black pepper and salt.
Add milk all at once and cook until thick. Blend mayonnaise and onions and add to mixture.
Cook and peel potatoes.
Fold in mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
