Venison Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. venison, cut into strips
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic salt.
    Coat venison with flour mixture.
    Brown
    in oil.
    Place meat into a casserole.
    Cover with sauce
    and onions.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
