Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine potatoes with milk, sugar, butter and seasonings. Stir in well beaten eggs.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Stir.
    Bake 1 hour longer.
