Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    2 1/2 pt. heavy cream
    1 c. Romano cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg white
    1 lb. linguini
    parsley
Preparation
    Saute crushed garlic and sweet basil in butter.
    Add heavy cream and cheeses.
    Beat egg white and add.
    Stir constantly until thickened.
    Pour over cooked linguini and serve sprinkled with parsley.
