Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together in large mixing bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add the oil, eggs, carrots, crushed pineapple and vanilla; mix until moistened.
Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Bake in a greased and lightly floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
