English Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. raisins
1 c. cold coffee
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
3 + c. flour, or enough to make stiff dough

Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs well; add sugars and shortening. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoons full on baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0F for 10-12 minutes.
