Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 sticks butter
    1/4 c. flour
    12 oz. can evaporated milk
    3 c. chicken stock
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except flour and milk in a large saucepan.
    Simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Blend flour and milk.
    Gently stir in mix and simmer until thickened.
