Baked Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large egg (beaten)
    2 cups quick oats
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together 1/3 c. oil, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 large beaten egg. Add, mixing well, 2 cups quick oats, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. milk.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour (30 minutes). Makes a delicious breakfast for adults as well as children.
