New England Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. navy beans
    1 tsp. soda
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3/4 lb. salt pork
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
    3/4 c. sweet relish
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight; drain, add cold water and bring to boil. Add soda, stir and drain again.
    Put all ingredients in bean pot or pot large enough to hold all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
