Greek Bulgur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    3 c. coarse bulgur (cracked wheat)
    2 onions, finely chopped
    6 c. chicken or beef broth (or mixed)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. pine nuts
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 cup butter in skillet.
    Add dry bulgur; saute well. In a separate pan, saute onion in 1/4 cup butter until yellow gold.
    Mix with bulgur.
    Add broth, seasonings and nuts.
    Stir well.
    Bake in an uncovered casserole at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Adjust seasonings and stir.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
    (This freezes well or keeps in refrigerator 2 days.)
