Lemon Dill Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets (cod, flounder, salmon)
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix together salad dressing, juice, dill, milk and peel. Place fish on greased grill or broiler pan rack. Brush with half the sauce.
    Grill or broil approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
    Turn and brush on remaining sauce.
    Continue to cook about another 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Serve with rice pilaf and fresh dill carrots.
