Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 Boston butt
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook hen and Boston butt.
    Take meat off bone and grind or chip.
    Set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Place in saucepan and let come to a boil.
    Mix with meat as desired.
    Sauce can be stored in a jar in refrigerator several days.
