Kahlua Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. Kahlua
1 c. light corn syrup
3 large eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler on low heat until smooth. Hand beat eggs lightly.
Stir in brown sugar, salt, vanilla, syrup and
chocolate mix.
Mix 1/2 cup walnuts into batter.
Turn into pie shell.
Cover top of pie with remaining walnuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in center of the oven until barely set in the center and pastry is light golden brown, approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
