Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
onion, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Mix together well and fry in hot oil until brown.
