Low-Calorie Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton Dannon vanilla yogurt
    6 oz. shredded coconut
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and unsweetened
    2 ripe bananas, sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    green or red seedless grapes and maraschino cherries to garnish
Preparation
    Mix
    coconut,
    pineapple,
    bananas and oranges with the yogurt.
    Chill
    for
    several
    hours or overnight.
    The acid in the pineapple
    will
    keep bananas from turning brown.
    Put in pretty bowl and garnish with the grapes and cherries.
