Boiled Oxtails - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. oxtails
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 bay leaves
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Clean oxtails and
    place
    in a boiling pot.
    Cover with water and boil for 1 hour.
    Add the other ingredients and boil for another 2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Serves 8 to 10.
