Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
3 c. finely chopped fresh apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Set aside.
