Chicken Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in greased muffin tins or paper lined muffin tins.
Set in pan of water larger than muffin pan tray.
Bake 30 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
May be served on a bed of lettuce.
