Turkey Cutlets With Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey cutlets (1/3-inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    2/3 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube or envelope
    salt and pepper
    1 c. water
    parsley
Preparation
    Dip cutlets into flour to coat.
    In nonstick 12-inch skillet, over medium-high heat with olive oil, cook turkey cutlets, half at a time, until brown and have lost their pink color throughout. Remove from skillet and set aside.
