6 eggs
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. picante sauce
2 Tbsp. mild salsa
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Melt butter in large frying pan.
Cook onion, garlic and pepper until soft.
Beat eggs until light and pour into frying pan.
Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly.
When eggs begin to harden, add picante sauce and salsa.
Continue to cook and stir until set.
Serve immediately.
