Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag sauerkraut, undrained
1 large onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 Tbsp. cumin seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 dash ground clove
1/2 to 1 lb. pork shoulder or spareribs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and cover with water.
Bring to boil. Cover.
Cook over low heat for 4 to 5 hours, adding water as needed.
