Beef Or Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. meat broth (in which you cooked meat)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 bottle catsup
    2 lb. bottom round roast or lean pork roast, remove fat
Preparation
    Cover meat with water.
    Add salt.
    Cook slowly until meat is tender. Then shred.
    Cook onions and celery in butter until golden brown.
    Add rest of ingredients, meat last.
    Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Stir frequently.
    If sauce gets too thick, add meat broth.
    Make day before serving, as sauce flavors meat.
    Use kaiser rolls, hamburger or snowflake rolls.
    Serves 8.
