Ground Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. hot water
    3 c. uncooked noodles
    2 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in oil; drain.
    Stir in parsley, carrots, celery, soup mix, salt and water.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are almost tender.
    Add noodles; cover and cook until noodles are tender (about 10 minutes).
    Add tomatoes and heat through.
