Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    8 to 10 drops red or green coloring
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    3 to 4 pods hot chili peppers
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Chop green peppers and chili peppers in blender with a little of the vinegar.
    Boil sugar and vinegar 15 minutes; add color and Certo.
    Boil hard for 1 minute.
    Pack in small jars and seal. Serve on Ritz crackers, meat and etc.
