My Favorite Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Press graham cracker crust firmly to bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Pour mixture into prepared pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until firm.
    Turn off oven and leave door ajar for 1 hour, leaving cake undisturbed until cool.
    Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve with your favorite toppings.
