Fettucini Alfredo Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, cut small
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 small container whipping cream
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 heaping Tbsp. Ricotta cheese
    parsley, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown the garlic in the oleo or butter. Add the remaining ingredients.
    Cook about 20 minutes or until thick (like gravy). Stir some sauce through cooked fettucini (or linguine). Add remaining sauce and stir through noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
