Seafood Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can shrimp or 3/4 c. fresh
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
6 saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation

Saute celery, green pepper and Worcestershire sauce in butter until vegetables are tender.
Add mayonnaise.
Pour lemon juice over shrimp and crabmeat.
Add to first mixture.
Put into greased casserole and top with crushed saltines and Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with Waverly crackers.
This recipe can be prepared ahead, frozen and baked prior to serving.
