Super Breakfast Or Brunch Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
12 hard-boiled eggs, cut in quarters lengthwise
1 pkg. cooked frozen peas
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. sherry (reduce milk if using)
3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento (optional)
soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter.
Arrange in baking dish the eggs, cooked peas and water chestnuts.
Mix and beat gently the chicken soup, sour cream, milk, instant onion and sherry.
Add pimientos.
Season to taste and pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Mix bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Can make day before and refrigerate.
Makes 8 servings.
