Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 stick margarine
14 oz. pkg. caramels
1 pkg. chocolate chips
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix cake mix only.
Pour 1/2 into 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan. Bake about 15 minutes until top begins to bake.
Melt margarine, caramels and Eagle Brand together.
Blend well.
Pour caramel mixture over hot cake.
Sprinkle with nuts and chips.
Pour rest of cake batter on top.
(Nuts if desired.)
Finish baking as directed on cake mix.
Refrigerate.
