Braised Turkey Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 turkey legs, thawed if frozen
    1 c. water
    1 small onion, stuck with 3 whole cloves
    2 parsley sprigs
    3 thin slices lemon or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, bring all ingredients to boil.
    Cover and simmer 1

    to
    1
    1/2
    hours or until legs are tender, turning legs
    occasionally.
    Cool.\tRemove meat from bones and cut\t in pieces.
    Strain
    broth.
