Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 or 3 bananas, mashed
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Do not use mixer.
    Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with wooden spoon until well blended.
    Grease and flour a Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans or an angel food pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cake test comes out clean using toothpick.
    Cool on rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
