Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped zucchini
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook and stir zucchini, mushrooms and onions in butter over medium heat until tender.
    Place remaining ingredients in blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Stir into vegetable mixture.
    Pour into greased 9-inch quiche dish or pie pan.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Cut wedges; serve warm.
    Serves 6. No crust needed.
