Crab Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    12 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 cans crab meat
    1 c. chopped celery, finely chopped
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Put water into a kettle and sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Dissolve over low heat.
    Combine cream cheese, soup and onions. Cook over low heat until smooth.
    Add gelatin and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Spoon into greased 4 cup mold.
    Chill. Serve with crackers.
