Beverly Knigh Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 potatoes, half cooked, then shredded
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    onion, chopped to taste
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put shredded potatoes in a baking dish.
    Top with onion and butter.
    Spread soup and sour cream over potatoes and butter.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0, covered, 20 to 30 minutes and uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes.
