Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. diced carrots, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix together and cook over low heat.
Toss three cups pre-flavored bread stuffing with 1/2 cup melted butter and spoon over top of carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
