Apple-Nut Toss Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped apples
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
3 c. bibb lettuce
1 or 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 or 2 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation

In a bowl, combine oil, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Add apple and onion; toss to coat. Add lettuce, walnuts and Blue cheese; toss gently. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
