Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn, cooked in oil (no salt)
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt.
    Bring all ingredients to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually pour mixture over popcorn, mixing well.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
