Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cracker meal or bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper (salt and pepper may be increased to suit taste)
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Wash and cut up squash.
    Boil until tender, drain, then mash. Add all ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with cracker meal or bread crumbs.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
