Greek Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 medium potatoes, boiled
3 to 4 eggs, boiled
green and black olives
capers
salt and pepper to taste
shrimp, boiled or cold cuts
mayonnaise
Preparation

Have all the vegetables cooked and seasoned.
Cut into small pieces (diced).
Save the 1 egg for garnish.
Also dice the shrimp or the cold cuts.
Mix all with 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
Put in a serving dish.
Cover with additional mayonnaise, forming a round or oblong shape.
Decorate and garnish with sliced eggs, capers, olives, beet slices, etc.
Let your imagination be your guide.
I like to use homemade mayonnaise for this salad.
