Low-Cal Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburg
    4 large onions, chopped
    1 bunch celery with leaves
    lite soy sauce to taste
    reduced salt beef broth
Preparation
    Brown hamburg in large pan, add chopped onions and chopped celery.
    Add beef broth when needed a little at a time, add bean sprouts and mix well, 1 minute.
    Serve with brown or white rice.
