Butter Mochi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. mochiko (3 1/2 c.)
3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
2 c. fresh milk
1 block butter, melted
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 can coconut milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mix liquid ingredients in another bowl and then combine together.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
