Chicken & Dumplings(Heritage Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling chicken & broth
    1 c. broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Stir 1 c. broth in flour, salt, and baking powder and add egg.
    Stir until thick enough to roll out.
    Roll on floured surface.
    Cut in 2 inch squares and drop in boiling broth and cook 10 - 15 minutes.
