Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. beef roast
    1 pkg. onion soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Place heavy duty foil in pan; sprinkle dry onion soup in bottom.
    Set meat on top of soup and pour mushroom soup over roast.
    Fold foil tightly around roast.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Serves 4 to 6.
